Made To Move
What is it all about?
These two chapters contain movement and mobility principles, drills, and tasks to get you stronger, more flexible and mobile, more aware, and free from pain and discomfort.
What do I get specifically?
Good question! Each chapter holds four modules, with at least 4-6 videos around 10-35 minute long on various movements, mobility drills, patterns, structural integration, and more! Starting with basic principles of joint intelligence, increasing range of motion, how to give attention to parts we rarely move, how to reduce and remove pain and discomfort, how we can adapt these principles to our yoga practice, how we can become better movers beyond the mat and the gym, how we can become more aware of what we do on a daily basis.
What can I expect from Made To Move and the Fox Method?
It will give you new ideas of how to adapt and create your own practice, making it sustainable, fun, and functional. There is something for everyone, from the beginner to the advanced student, and it is highly customisable to your own needs! And so, you can expect to get stronger and mobile, more aware of mind-body connection, reduce stiffness and pain, and increase freedom and creativity into your daily life!
What about injuries?
The Fox Method focuses on giving tools and drills for you to get better, stronger, more resilient, and to become a better mover. So if you have injuries or any personal inability, everything in these chapters starts at the basics and becomes adaptable to you even if you have any injuries.
